Although it is one of the popular places to buy property on the coast, with the Spanish as well as other Europeans it has still been affected by the downturn in the Spanish property market.
Is this a bad thing? It's great for purchasers - In the last year or so there has been on average a 30% drop in property prices, if such a drop happened in Dorset or Cornwall there would be a flood of investors taking advantage of this slump in the market.

Rooms are quite large and each room offers a full view of the landscape and beautiful mountain and beach.

The kitchen and the dining room are spacious and the entire villa is generously furnished. The rent is quite

reasonable when compared to the luxury the villa offers; it is just £799 per week.

Nicole~~~I had the pleasure of listening to you speak recently at the International Women's Leadership Conference in Hawaii~~~~you absolutely stole my heart!! Your personal story of survival and persistance to heal and move forward has inspired me~~~although I did not suffer a terrifying physical fall as you did , I have fallen emotionally ~~since hearing you I have thought of nothing else except "making me better"~~Thank you for being so courageous and sharing such an intimate chapter in your life so that others , like myself, can find that strength and spirit to move on!!!

This can be done by following rentals on the internet at such sites as Craigslist or sites that offer vacation rentals. Another choice is to contact realtors directly. One such holiday resort is Javea. The area that makes up Javea is similar to the size of Benidorm, but instead of high-rise hotels and apartment blocks, the town is made up of traditional buildings, holiday villas and although there are apartments, there are only a couple of buildings over four storeys in height.
